I would like to duplicate a campaign so it keeps all the configurations and the only thing i need to change is Feed URL or site url. Is that something that can be done?

Two ways to do so:
#1
- Temporary rename it.
- Export it into a file.
- Rename it back.
- Import that file and change it's URL in the feed's settings.
#2
- Export its settings as preset.
- Upload the saved preset into your wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/presets folder.
- Select this preset in the "Presets" drop-down list when adding a new feed.

Ok thank you. I'll give it a try. but down road would it be possible to ad a feature where you would just highlight the campaign and hit copy and it would make a copy of the original campaign?
Just a request if possible..

Course that's possible, just not sure it will be much useful to add a special button into the interface in addition to the already existing two buttons, mentioned above...
Don't forget there is such a thing as "default settings". You can alter them as you want and they will be applied every time when you add a new feed. So you just suggested a 4rd way to do that :)
