Strange problem. Added several feeds from same sponsor, same settings, all one category. But one feed keeps posting in two, even if one category is selected. Removed the feed, added again, tried other category, new category. But still the post end up in two categories.... any suggestion?

I see. That's because the posts don't much to your existing categories. So the post goes to the selected category and to the default one according to your WordPress settings. I would suggest you to make a default category "Trans", so will be assigned to all posts that don't much your existing categories.
