As an FYI, my server host, Godaddy, wont fix the issue. But, when allowing the plugin to operate on its own in the background it runs fine. Its only when I manually run the program that I get the error message.

No, this has nothing to do with updates. The PHP function imagecreatefromwebp() is needed by the plugin to work with WEBP format images (note the system requirements here: https://www.cyberseo.net/rssretriever/). The function is declared in the required GD library, which is part of the PHP language. I would recommend that you consider switching providers if your hosting does not support it.

To resolve this issue, you need to enable the GD library in your PHP configuration, as the missing imagecreatefromwebp() function is part of this extension. If you have access to your server's PHP configuration, open your php.ini file and look for the line ;extension=gd. Remove the semicolon at the beginning to uncomment it, so it becomes extension=gd. After making this change, restart your web server for the update to take effect.

If you're using a hosting service without direct access to php.ini, check your hosting provider's control panel or documentation for options to enable PHP extensions. If there's no such option, you may need to contact your host's support and ask them to enable the GD library for you. Once it's enabled, the error should no longer occur.

Not sure if there was a recent update that caused this. Site is running fine. Plugin not working.
