You may transfer your Single Blog Edition license to a 3rd party along with your blog only.
You may use the CyberSEO software (Unlimited Edition) for the purposes of running an unlimited number of WordPress blogs on unlimited number of domains registered to your name.
You may make a reasonable number of copies for backup purposes only.

Limitations

You may not use the CyberSEO software (Unlimited Edition) on any domain not wholly owned by you.
You may not distribute copies of the CyberSEO software (Unlimited Edition) or transfer any part of it to a 3rd party.
You may not use the CyberSEO software (Single Blog Edition) on WordPress Multisite (WordPress MU) blogs.
You may not rent, lease, sell, or sub-license the CyberSEO software or copies of it.
You may not use the software to engage in any illegal activity.
You may not circumvent the licensing system in any way.
You may not decrypt, reverse engineer or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the CyberSEO software.
