Go to feed settings, find there the “Post Footers” box and copy-paste there the following line:

Login to see the code

Save the settings and pull the feeds. The plugin will automatically replace each occurrence of the ####post_link#### keyword with the actual post source URL.

So what’s re problem? It you want to make it clickable, you should use the real link with “<a>” tag instead. E.g.:
